How our quotations, prices, warranties, and orders work — and the limits of what this website is.

These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry or order you place with [[ADD — registered legal entity name]] ("OrbitPharma", "we", "us"). By using the site or sending us an enquiry, you accept them.

This website does not provide medical advice. Product descriptions are for information only. They are not a diagnosis, a prescription, or a recommendation of therapy. Always consult a qualified doctor before starting or changing treatment, and before selecting a therapy device or its settings.

1. What this site is

This site describes equipment we supply. It is a catalogue and an enquiry channel — it is not an online shop, and nothing on it is a binding offer to sell.

2. Prices are indicative

Prices shown on product pages are starting prices for guidance only. They are exclusive of taxes unless stated, and the final price depends on the brand, model, configuration, accessories, quantity, and delivery location. A price becomes binding only when we issue you a written quotation, and a quotation is valid for the period stated on it.

3. Product information

Specifications, model names, and photographs are provided by manufacturers or represent a typical unit of that type. Manufacturers change specifications and packaging without notice, and the unit you receive may differ in detail from the image shown. Where an exact specification matters to you, ask us to confirm it in writing on the quotation before ordering.

4. Orders

  • An order is confirmed when you accept our quotation in writing and pay any advance stated on it.
  • We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where a price or specification was listed in error, or where we cannot verify a required prescription.
  • Lead times given at the time of order are estimates in good faith, not guarantees.

5. Prescription and clinician-directed devices

Some equipment we supply — including CPAP and BiPAP machines and oxygen concentrators — should be selected, prescribed, and set up under the direction of a qualified clinician. For these items we may ask for a prescription or sleep study before supply, and we will configure the device to the prescribed settings. We do not diagnose, we do not prescribe, and we do not change clinical settings without a clinician's instruction.

6. Warranty and service

  • Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty for the period and on the terms stated by that manufacturer. We are not the warrantor.
  • We will help you raise and follow up a warranty claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service centre.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised repair, damage in transit after delivery is accepted, consumables, or normal wear.
  • Annual maintenance contracts, where offered, are governed by the separate AMC document.

7. Trademarks and third-party brands

All manufacturer names, model names, and logos are the property of their respective owners. Where we refer to a brand or model, we do so to identify equipment we supply. Unless a page expressly says so, such a reference does not mean we are an authorised dealer, distributor, or agent of that manufacturer, and it does not imply that the manufacturer endorses us.

The text, layout, and original images of this website belong to us and may not be copied or republished without permission.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate delivery and contact details, and tell us about site access constraints such as stairs, lift size, or doorway width.
  • Use equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions and any training we provide.
  • Do not resell equipment supplied for personal or single-facility use without telling us.

9. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for supplying the equipment described in your quotation, in working condition, and for the services we agree to perform. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [[ADD — city of jurisdiction]] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your enquiry or order.
